## Core service

ANSAU Media plans and produces concise executive investor relations video briefs on site at technology conferences. A typical brief is about 90 seconds. Production, editing, client review and distribution coordination are agreed with each client.

## Production protocol

- Compact, on-stand capture inside the client's contracted exhibit perimeter.
- Executive video capture with wireless broadcast audio.
- The client reviews and approves final video and accompanying copy in writing before any distribution is initiated.
- Distribution depends on the agreed plan, client authorization, outlet acceptance and platform policies. No outlet placement is guaranteed.
- ANSAU Media is independent and does not claim official press accreditation from summit organizers.

## Package and commercial terms

- Executive IR & Wire Syndication Desk: $3,800 USD / €3,500 EUR.
- Payment milestones: 50% to reserve the schedule and 50% after written approval of the final video.
- Tax treatment is confirmed for the contracting entity and jurisdiction.
